CFA Hosts Additional Days of Action in Lead Up to Election
Building on our successful September Days of Action, as well as this week’s day of action, CFA will host one more Brown Bag event on October 27 from 4 to 6 p.m. in support of Proposition 15.
On October 27, we’ll be joined by State Treasurer Fiona Ma and State Controller Betty Yee for a conversation about Proposition 15, which will raise desperately needed funds for our schools and local governments by making large corporations pay their fair share.
We will also include a Q&A segment, along with training before phone banking. For more information, please contact Kelly Burns at kburns@calfac.org.
In addition, CFA Council for Racial and Social Justice is hosting a text/phone bank this Thursday, October 22 from 4 to 6 p.m. to support the Yes on Proposition 16 campaign.
