Faculty Rights Tip: A Review of the Spring 2022 Term’s Tips
As the Spring 2022 term winds down and we head into summer, we offer a recap of the Faculty Rights Tips we have offered over the last few months.
Most are standard tips about the rights and protections that comprise our new 2022-2024 Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), while others are specific to the historical moment we are living through, which includes a global pandemic that has transformed the experience of our working lives and administrative failures with regard to discrimination and sexual harassment in the CSU. Especially in these times, our new and improved CBA remains a vital tool in the protection of our rights, and in our continual pursuit of respect and justice.
