CSU Management Delays Pay Implementation
Faculty noticed that recently ratified salary increases were not included on the March 1 paycheck. Though CFA Bargaining Team members were hopeful CSU management would prioritize the much-needed and much-deserved $3,500 COVID Service Award bonus, retroactive-to-July 1 salary pay bump, and ongoing raises, management is lagging.
CSU management is finalizing the technical letter needed by the CSU payroll department and State Controller’s Office to process the faculty salary increases. The latest update we have is that the raises will be paid in early April.
CFA leaders will continue to monitor and press management for a timely implementation of our COVID Service Award, General Salary Increase, and Service Salary Increase. We will let CFA members know when administration confirms processing of the raises and other details. Please contact your campus payroll office if you have any questions.
